Warranty Policy

Lights and Bicycle Components

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing Ferei products. To serve you better, please carefully read the following warranty conditions pertaining to your purchase:

1. Any Ferei product that malfunctions or ceases to operate within 14 days of purchase under normal usage conditions may be returned to any authorized distributor/dealer or Ferei for an exchange of the same or equivalent product.
2. All Ferei lights and bicycle components are warranted against manufacturing defects and/or malfunction for 2 years from the date of purchase with the original sales receipt.
3. The warranty period for perishables and accessories (glass lenses, O-rings, rubber switches, batteries, etc.) is 8 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period for Ferei AC adaptors or chargers is 12 months.
4. Should warranty concerns arise, contact either the Ferei Service Centre directly or your local distributor/retailer. Do not attempt self-repair under any circumstances.
5. Should any Ferei product become defective outside the warranty period, customers may have it repaired at a mutually agreed cost.
6. Ferei’s warranty becomes null and void under these conditions:
   • A: Malfunction resulting from misuse.
   • B: Malfunction due to unauthorized modification or disassembly.
   • C: Malfunction caused by incorrect maintenance and/or storage.
   • D: Absence of a valid sales receipt, invoice, or warranty card.
   • E: The product is counterfeit.
   • F: Cessation of operation due to impact and/or drop damage.
7. Place of performance and jurisdiction: Shenzhen, China. Governed by Chinese law.

Extended Guarantee:

1. New users registered on our official website will receive an extended guarantee (e.g., two months or half a year).
2. FEREI customized products receive a new service guarantee based on specific models.
