We ship worldwide using renowned international courier services. If your country isn’t listed as an option on our website, contact us at ferei@ferei.com for assistance.
We offer free shipping to over 70 countries for all wheelset orders placed on our website.
Additionally, we provide a tax-included shipping method to these countries/regions:
- The United States
- Most EU countries
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- United Arab Emirates
- Malaysia
- Thailand
- Vietnam
- Manila, Philippines (available on request)
Customers selecting tax-included shipping will not pay customs duties.
Due to high courier costs to remote destinations, free shipping is unavailable in these countries. Additional fees apply:
Turkey, Israel, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Qatar.

Delivery Options & Timelines
- EMS/DPD: 15-30 days
- FedEx/DHL/UPS: 5-10 days

*Free shipping applies only to wheelset orders. Accessory-only orders incur shipping fees.
Order Processing
- Weekday orders (Mon-Fri): Processed same day
- Weekend orders (Sat-Sun): Processed the following Monday
After ordering, we send your request to the factory. Production timelines:
- In-stock rims: 5 business days
- Custom/out-of-stock rims: 12-15 business days
Total delivery time = Production time + Logistics time

Once shipped from our warehouse, shipping speed is beyond our control. For urgent requests, contact ferei@ferei.com. Please allow sufficient transit time.
