Patent moon shape reflector
- Patent moon shape reflector: Arched part reflects the beam right ahead to reach a further distance; crescent part prevents the beam reflecting upwards so to avoid disturbing vehicles across,and also spreads the nearby beam to get a wider range.
Linear dimming
- In the design of lighting systems, dimming is an important function. By adjusting the brightness of the light, energy saving, environmental comfort and visual effects can be achieved. FEREI’s lighting products all use current dimming, using constant current drive circuits to control the brightness, continuity and linearity of the light. Therefore, there is no noise, no flicker, and no eye damage during the brightness adjustment process.
Tecnología patentada de control inteligente de la temperatura
Este producto está diseñado con un dispositivo de circuito de control de temperatura y lo utiliza. El LED es un componente generador de calor sensible a la temperatura, especialmente los LED de alta potencia y alto brillo, que son propensos a sufrir daños o a ver reducida su vida útil debido a un calor excesivo. FeRei utiliza un diseño inteligente de control de la temperatura, que mide la temperatura del chip LED. Debido a las diferentes estructuras de la lámpara, la conductividad térmica varía. Por lo general, la temperatura de la superficie de la lámpara se mantiene entre 50 y 60 grados. Cuando se supera la temperatura fijada, el circuito inteligente de accionamiento de la lámpara reducirá automáticamente la potencia para conseguir la refrigeración, durante la cual también disminuirá el brillo de la lámpara. Cuando la temperatura desciende (si la batería está suficientemente cargada), la potencia aumentará gradualmente, al igual que la luminosidad; el proceso de aumento de la luminosidad es relativamente suave, evitando el parpadeo.
Este ciclo de control de la temperatura garantiza eficazmente la seguridad del usuario y prolonga la vida útil de la lámpara. En buenas condiciones de refrigeración por aire (baja temperatura o entornos ventosos), el brillo de la lámpara no disminuirá ni siquiera en el modo de brillo alto. La lámpara no tiene un tiempo de activación preestablecido para el control de la temperatura; funciona basándose en mediciones de temperatura en tiempo real, por lo que el tiempo de iluminación real depende de cómo afecte el control de la temperatura a la descarga de la batería, que puede ser ligeramente mayor o menor que el tiempo de iluminación proporcionado experimentalmente.
